In our experience this work is very helpful to people who have had sufficient time to grieve their loss and for clients who are open to looking afresh at a difficult time in their family story.

About The Event
We cannot change what happened, but with the right support we can allow ourselves heal form the trauma as we move to a new place in our lives.
A Constellations Workshop on Suicide is a therapeutic event that takes place over two days. There are usually 12-15 participants who have themselves thought about suicide, or who have had experience of attempted or completed suicide in their family. There is also a trained facilitator, and one or two support people.
At the workshop, when a person decides to 'work', the therapist will sit with the person and explore the family story. As they tell the story, the facilitator uses his training and experience to try and identify what might be helpful. The client is asked to select members of the group to "represent" the family and place them in relation to one another. As representatives are placed on the floor they begin to experience a variety of feelings and thoughts that give information that is often very significant for the client and their family.
Some people choose not to work and that is okay. If you would like to attend, please register here, and someone will get in touch. We will arrange a short phone call with all those who are interested before a place will be confirmed.
