Sarah Peyton has been an annual guest speaker and teacher at the International Constellations Intensive in Southern Germany for the last seven years. Author of the book “Your Resonant Self” published by WW Norton and a regular contributor to The Knowing Field International Constellations Journal  Sarah integrates family constellations, brain science and the use of resonant language to heal trauma. She has worked all over the world and we are delighted to bring Sarah to work in Ireland for the first time.

This two day experiential workshop will offer solid insights into what happens in our brains as we bring the trauma of this and previous generations to resolution using family constellations. Sarah’s integration of neuroscience, trauma theory and constellation work offers new understanding that helps us make sense of  the internal movements that take place as a constellation unfolds.

A lively and engaging speaker Sarah has enthralled the international constellation community with her ability to communicate major insights in neuroscience and the healing of trauma to the broader therapeutic community. She really does help us to join the dots!

She teaches and lectures internationally, is a regular contributor to The Knowing Field International Constellations Journal, was the author of a chapter for Stephan Hausner’s book Salutogene Aufstellungen, is an annual guest speaker and teacher at the International Constellations Intensive in Southern Germany and is the author of the book “Your Resonant Self: Guided Meditations and Exercises to Engage Your Brain’s Capacity for Healing,” published by W.W. Norton

Sarah is originally from Alaska and delivers Training and Master Classes in Constellation Work in Portland, Oregon, USA. She does regular work in the Portland Women’s Prison and has delivered workshops all over the world.
