This workshop will be held in Glasthule, Co. Dublin. We will start work each day at 9:30am. We will break at about 1pm for 90 mins. We will finish at around 5:30pm on both days. This work requires a certain flexibility on time, so these timings may vary slightly, depending on the work that is going on.

At the workshop, when a person decides to 'work', they will be invited to share their story, Brendan will use his training and experience to try and identify what might be helpful. The client will then be asked to select members of the group to "represent" the family members in the story. As representatives, they begin to experience a variety of feelings and thoughts that give information that is often very significant for the client and their family. The client can then move forward in a much more positive way.

Not everybody chooses to ‘work’, especially at their first workshop. However, being at the workshop, being a representative and forming part of the ‘holding circle’ all form part of the work as we learn about family systems. We try to ensure that everyone who wishes to do a constellation can do so over the weekend but it is not always possible.
