Family Constellations Workshops offer the possibility of personal and family difficulties in a new and creative way. Based on the Orders of Love as described by Bert Hellinger, constellations give us insights into the hidden dynamic of our family system.

Unresolved traumatic events, in our own lives or from the past, can continue to affect family members over generations. The early death of a parent or child, abuse, adoption, war, famine, abortion or emigration can all have a profound influence on the life of a family. Depression, ill-health, mental illness or failure to thrive can often be traced back to the influence of such events. Sometimes children are carrying pain that does not belong to them. There can come a time in our lives when we know it is right for us to look again at the traumatic event. We cannot change what happened, but with the right support we can allow ourselves heal from the trauma as we move to a new place in our lives.

A Family Constellations Workshop is a therapeutic event that takes place over two days.  When we work online, we limit attendance to 10 participants. Usually a person who attends has some issue or concern about themselves or a member of their family.

At the workshop, when a person decides to 'work', Brendan will explore the family story. As the participants shares their story, Brendan will use his training and experience to try and identify what might be helpful. The client will then be asked to select members of the group to "represent" the family members in the story. As representatives, they begin to experience a variety of feelings and thoughts that give information that is often very significant for the client and their family.

To reserve a place, please purchase a DEPOSIT ticket for the event. Two weeks before the event, all those who have DEPOSIT tickets will be invited to purchase a BALANCE ticket. Any BALANCE tickets that are purchased without the attendee having previously purchased a DEPOSIT ticket will be automatically refunded

We will start work each day at 9:30am and we ask that you log-in five minutes before. We will break at about 1pm for 80-90 mins, although the exact time will depend on the work that is going on prior to the lunch break. We will resume between 2.15pm and 2.30pm and work until 5:30pm on both days.
